Refund Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

Important - read this first

Credits purchase submission / crawl processing, not a guaranteed place in Google (or any other search engine). We do not refund credits because a URL did not get indexed, stayed unindexed, or was later deindexed. That decision belongs to the search engine. See also: Message about index checking.

1. Nature of the Product

When you spend credits, we process your URLs through our indexing / crawling pipeline (for example sending Googlebot). A task showing completed / crawled / submitted means we performed that work. It does not mean Google must index the page.

Services that advertise refunds for non-indexed links (for example some competitors) typically charge significantly more for that risk. Platinum Indexer does not operate that model.

Only top up what you intend to spend. Credits cannot be withdrawn, so do not load a large balance just to try the service. A small top-up is enough - for example $1 via crypto (100 credits).

2. What Is Refundable

We will put value back only in these cases:

  • Submission failure on our side: the task fails to submit / process due to our system or a temporary outage we control. These are returned as credits to your balance, not as cash.
  • Duplicate / erroneous charge: you were charged twice for the same completed payment, or we clearly mis-applied a payment. That payment can be reversed. This is a billing correction, not a withdrawal of credits.

3. What Is Strictly Non-Refundable

  • Unused credits. Credits have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be converted back to PayPal, card, or crypto. They stay on the account until you spend them
  • Credits used to submit URLs that were successfully processed / crawled / completed on our side
  • URLs that Google (or another engine) does not index, indexes slowly, or later drops - including due to noindex tags, thin/duplicate content, low-trust or spammy domains (including low-quality free subdomains), canonical issues, or engine policy
  • Instant / priority fees where we sent the crawl request but indexing did not occur
  • Dissatisfaction with indexing speed or results when submissions succeeded
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for abuse, hacking attempts, payment fraud, or Terms violations - remaining credits are forfeited
  • Chargebacks / payment disputes filed after credits were delivered or used (we will contest fraudulent chargebacks and may suspend the account)
  • Partial crypto underpayments except where we voluntarily credit the received amount at our discretion

4. Abuse, Fraud, and Chargebacks

We already absorb significant abuse (security probes, payment manipulation, spam submissions). Refund-on-non-index would be exploited by low-quality and automated spam at our expense and is not offered.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate credit purchase after using the Service is a Terms violation. We may suspend the account, forfeit credits, and pursue recovery through the payment processor.

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact support via in-app chat or [email protected] with:

  • Account email
  • Payment / order ID
  • Reason and any relevant task IDs

We typically respond within a few business days. Approval is not guaranteed. A reversed duplicate or erroneous charge goes back to the original payment method when the processor allows it. Everything else is credits only. A credit balance is never paid out.

6. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The version posted on this page applies to purchases made after the update date. Material changes may also be referenced in our Terms.
