Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Platinum Indexer ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use after we update these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service — No Indexing Guarantee

Platinum Indexer provides tools that submit URLs for crawling (for example by sending Googlebot to crawl pages you submit). That submission / crawl request is the product you purchase.

We do not guarantee that any URL will be indexed, remain indexed, or appear in search results. Indexing decisions are made solely by search engines (Google and others). They may refuse, delay, drop, or deindex pages for any reason, including thin or duplicate content, low domain trust, noindex / robots / canonical directives, spam signals, technical issues, or policy enforcement on their side.

Credits are charged when we process / submit your URLs for crawling. Credits are not a pay-only-if-indexed product. For more detail see our article: Message about index checking.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including API keys. We may require email verification and may refuse or limit accounts that use disposable / temporary email addresses.

You may not share accounts, sell access, or create multiple accounts to evade limits, bans, or payment restrictions.

4. Payments, Credits, and Pricing

The Service is pay-as-you-go via credits. Credits may be purchased through available payment methods (e.g. PayPal, Cryptomus). Pricing, credit costs per task type (standard, Instant, checker), and discounts may change at any time.

• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value except as required by law.
• Unused credits generally do not expire, but we may close dormant or abusive accounts.
• Failed submissions on our side (system failure to submit) are typically auto-refunded as credits. Non-indexing by a search engine is not a failure and is not refundable.
• Regional payment restrictions (including PayPal blocks for certain countries due to chargeback abuse) may apply.

5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• Submit illegal content, malware, phishing, scam, or fraud sites
• Violate third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attack, probe, or abuse our systems (including XSS, SSTI, SQLi, IDOR, SSRF, credential stuffing, or scanning)
• Attempt to bypass authentication, payment validation, credit checks, rate limits, or account suspensions
• Manipulate payments, forge webhooks, charge back fraudulently, or dispute legitimate charges after using credits
• Resell our Service without written permission, or farm free / trial credits at scale
• Automate abusive bulk submissions of clearly non-indexable or spam infrastructure (e.g. deliberately noindexed pages, throwaway spam subdomains) for the purpose of extracting refunds or gaming the Service

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination, forfeiture of remaining credits, and reporting to payment processors or authorities where appropriate. No refund will be issued in abuse cases.

6. Content Quality and Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the URLs and content you submit. Low-quality, thin, duplicate, spammy, or technically blocked pages often will not index. We are not obligated to review your URLs before charging for submission, and pre-check / validation tools (when available) are provided as a convenience only and may be imperfect or blocked by third-party protections (e.g. Cloudflare).

7. Service Availability and Changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Features (including Instant, drip feed, API endpoints, or payment methods) may be paused, throttled, rate-limited, or discontinued — including for maintenance, security incidents, supplier issues, or abuse mitigation — with or without notice.

During security incidents we may temporarily disable parts of the Service. Failed tasks in those windows are generally auto-refunded as credits.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks, security abuse, or risk to the Service. Upon termination for cause, unused credits may be forfeited. You may stop using the Service at any time; unused credits are subject to our Refund Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT URLS WILL BE INDEXED, THAT RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLATINUM INDEXER AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR FROM SEARCH ENGINE DECISIONS ABOUT YOUR CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR CREDITS IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Platinum Indexer and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your URLs, content, account activity, payment disputes, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue, except where prohibited by consumer law.
